Hello all.  I'm trying to put together a team of people that I can trust.  i've done something like this before and realized a lot of people will take a good idea and run with it like its theirs if I'm not careful.  So yes, I have trust issues ;)  Anyways I need a few people who are skilled at web design, accounting, and cosmetics.  Don't want to give it all away.  I'm also interested in learning business terms and learning how to get funding for a new company I'd like to start possibly in the coral gables area or on south beach.
