The University of Miami School of Business Administration Entrepreneur in Residence Eric Kriss will host a weekly practicum series about starting a new venture over the course of the Spring semester. The practicum will focus on issues such as forming the entity, developing an ownership structure, making a web presence, and various other critical topics.

This session is titled “Structuring Ownership.” Topics will include:

1. Debt vs equity
2. Three C's of equity
3. Dilution
4. Stock options
5. Sweat equity

The practicum is free and open to the public. RSVP is not required.
