The Oracle Database Appliance 1-Day Hands On Workshop is designed to provide the attendees with an overview of the Oracle Database Appliance and also demonstrate deploying Oracle Software on the appliance. This workshop will also provide the attendees with an overview of managing the Oracle Database Appliance.  Activities covered in the hands-on portion:
 
  • ODA Overview of the Architecture
  • Configuration of the Oracle Database Appliance
  • Installation of the Oracle Database Appliance
  • Managing the Oracle Database Appliance using Oracle Enterprise Manager
  • Real Application Clustering (RAC) for the Oracle Database Appliance
 
 
The target audience is System Administrators, DBAs, System Architects and Technical Managers.
 
This workshop is free; we start at 8:30 am and continue until 4:00 pm. Breakfast and Lunch will be served.
