Are you wondering how you will find a job during these troubling times or are you considering a career change but are unsure if now is the time to do so? These questions and many others will be answered at “Career Strategies for Uncertain Economic Times,” a panel discussion hosted by The Johnson A. Edosomwan Leadership Institute and the Ziff Graduate Career Services Center at the School of Business Administration, and moderated by Terri A. Scandura, Academic Director of the Leadership Institute.

Panelists:

Guy Cote is Partner-in-Charge of Heidrick & Struggles’ Miami office. Guy has worked with a diverse group of global clients in a number of industry sectors including Consumer, Industrial, Financial Services, Information Technology and Nonprofit. He has over 10 years of executive search experience building leadership teams from South Florida.

Elizabeth K. Hicks is a Senior Client Partner in Korn/Ferry International’s Miami office. Ms. Hicks has been in executive search for more than ten years and during that time has built a track record of performing excellent work. Her experience spans industries and functions but is heavily focused on financial positions, financial services and non-profit organizations. Ms. Hicks is experienced in both domestic and international work and is widely recognized for excellence in customer service.

Michael Sivori is the Market Director for Kforce, overseeing Finance & Accounting and Technology staffing services in South Florida.
Before joining Kforce in 2006, Sivori served in the staffing industry as a recruiter, account executive, regional sales manager and regional director in Washington D.C. and Boston, where he was recognized as Sales Person of the Year in 2001 and Manager of the Year in 2005.
