The Launch Pad at the University of Miami is thrilled to celebrate a major milestone for ChargeBay, an innovative startup co-founded by Manan Ahuja and Anshul Bhatt.

The ChargeBay team has recently been awarded two non-dilutive grants and taken home a total of $8,000 in cash prizes. ChargeBay addresses the growing challenge of finding affordable and accessible EV chargers—an increasingly critical need for apartment complexes and businesses.

ChargeBay’s innovative system leverages existing electrical infrastructure to dramatically reduce installation costs, eliminate hidden fees, and simplify the process of offering EV charging as a built-in amenity. Their smart load management technology monitors real-time energy usage and dynamically distributes power across multiple chargers, ensuring total consumption stays within available capacity.

In addition, ChargeBay offers a user-friendly app that streamlines booking and management, delivering a seamless experience for both EV drivers and property managers.

At The Launch Pad, we’ve had the privilege of coaching and supporting the ChargeBay team throughout their entrepreneurial journey. From refining their pitches to navigating the startup landscape, we’ve watched Manan, Anshul, and their team grow into a passionate, mission-driven, and community-focused group of innovators.

These grants are a testament to ChargeBay’s dedication, resilience, and creativity. We couldn’t be prouder to witness their success, and we’re excited to see what the future holds for them.
