Creating VR Experiences with Angular2 and WebGL and Introducing Got’u

Fall is in full swing and dotNet Miami is ready to show you the power of Angular 2! We have one of our most popular speakers back and ready to drop the JavaScript knowledge. You may know that Angular 2 is a powerful framework for building web apps but what if you added WebGL to it? What about mixining it with a little virtual reality? Software architect Austin McDaniel has been busy in his lab and is now ready to show you his latest wild creation mixing Angular 2 with WebGL and VR. It may sound crazy, it may be crazy, but we’re pretty sure you’ll be blown away. We’ll also have some local CS50x student swing by to show us their latest creation Got’u. It’s going to be another mind exploding edition of dotNet Miami you don’t want to miss.
Location
We’ll be meeting at the Microsoft Innovation Center at Venture Hive. The Microsoft Innovation Center in Miami (MIC Miami) is a state-of-the-art technology facility open to students, software developers, academic faculty, entrepreneurs, and startups for collaboration and skills development. Microsoft Innovation Center at Venture Hive is located at 1010 NE 2nd Ave Miami, FL 33132. There’s limited parking in front of Venture Hive. If that lot is full there’s an empty lot directly behind the Venture Hive building.
And as always we’ll have prizes at the end of the meeting, including a free copy of Resharper from JetBrains!
