How to Blog for Your Business

People blog to create authority or trust. If you’re just starting out you start by creating trust with your followers.
Blogging for your business or brand is crucial to stay relevant with your prospective clients. Let people know you’re human and DO NOT SELL. Don’t be the annoying car sales person. That’s the first mistake people make, they start to immediately sell their product or service. You first need to show the LIFESTYLE of your product of service.
For example, take Starbucks.
Look at their Instagram. They show the lifestyle of the Starbucks consumer, not just pictures of coffee. Yes, they sell coffee, but who wants to see boring pictures of coffee. NO ONE! So, first show your followers the lifestyle of your service or product. Then when the time comes to sell, your audience will love you and TRUST you. Going forward, you won’t even have to convince them to buy. It will simply be the most logical step for them to take.
