As I interview a lot of people, I notice that TDD isn’t a very refined skill. On the team I’m on, TDD is a razor sharp discipline that enables us to release weekly and deliver new features (as opposed to “bug fixes”) every week. I think it’s easy to take for granted. At the risk of a lot of overlap with existing knowledge, I would love to see (and even help lead) a presentation on TDD, what it enables, and some real life examples of how to do it well. TDD – Back to basics!!
