Are you an entrepreneur with a passion for food, cooking or baking? The Patti and Allan Herbert Wellness Center Kitchen at the University of Miami is a great resource. The kitchen is ideal for any current student. You can create, prototype and test your recipe. Located on the second floor of the center, the kitchen comes with extensive equipment including scales, mixers, baking utensils, and all your cooking needs! You are required to bring all your own ingredients. Testing and prototyping food products before launching is without a doubt necessary in order to gauge your target market. The center also provides cooking classes for those who may wish to improve their culinary skills.
