Learn the fastest growing computer language
Want to learn the fastest growing computer programming language there is? Its name is JavaScript and we’re hosting a free workshop to teach you the basics.
JavaScript is used in building web applications by some of the Internet’s biggest sites, including Groupon, Facebook, Netflix, and Twitter. It’s not the easiest programming language, but it is one of the most powerful ones, and our teaching staff will help you learn the basics! You’ll go from JavaScript Newbie to JavaScript semi-proficient in one sitting.
All you’ll need to attend is a laptop with the Sublime Text Editor installed and a minimum attention span of two hours. Let’s DO it.
Who should come
Who should come? The answer is anyone who’s ever thought about learning to code! Here’s why:
1) If you’ve been thinking about learning to code for a while, you’ll finally get to try it in a guided environment.
2) In less than 2 hours, you’ll learn tricks that will change the way you interact with your computer.
3) If you’re thinking of investing serious time and money into learning to code, you should give it a shot first!
Entrance is free, but you MUST reserve a general admissions ticket on Eventbrite to attend.
