Training Your StartUP Salesforce: Day 2

In partnership with StartUP FIU Mark Crofton, a leader of the SAP Academy (the global sales training program for developing the next generation of SAP sales executives), will hold a 2-day workshop training individuals how to train your workforce.
The second session will cover Enterprise Sales Management, Hiring Sales People, and Coaching Sales People.
Who is Mark Crofton?
Mark Crofton is Global Vice President and Early Talent Sales Coach at SAP SE. In this capacity, he trains, mentors and coaches SAP sales executives at the beginning of their careers. He draws on his years of experience in sales, sales management and sales enablement to drive the performance of the next generation of sales leaders. Prior to his current role, Mark led the SAP Academy for Sales, the flagship SAP sales training program for Early Talent. Previously, he was VP Sales, Latin America, launching and leading the Mobility business in that region. He has also held positions in the North America Sales and Corporate Development organizations. His expertise is in leading sales teams and implementing Go-to-Market strategy with a focus on attaining revenue targets. Prior to joining SAP, Mark was a consultant with McKinsey & Company and worked at early-stage venture capital firms in the US and Latin America. He began his career at Thomson Reuters with roles in client services, pre-sales and sales. When he left Thomson Reuters, Mark was an Account Executive based in Argentina with territory responsibility for all of Latin America. Mark has a BA from Tufts University and an MBA from Columbia Business School. He is fluent in Spanish and German and resides in Miami.
What is StartUP FIU?
StartUP is an initiative focused on creating traditional and social entrepreneurship among students, faculty, staff, alumni and community members. We assist in creating and grow traditional companies, high-tech ventures, and social enterprises.
Who should attend?
Our seminar series is open to students, faculty/staff, alumni and community members who are interested in learning about startups and entrepreneurship. It is also an excellent opportunity for early-stage startups to familiarize themselves with StartUP FIU.
