Weekend Workshop: Build Your 1st Website – Intro to HTML5/CSS3 (Miami)

This class is a 2-day session running on Saturday and Sunday from 12:00pm sharp to 4:00pm each day. The fee above covers both days.
Want to learn how to build your own website? Already have your own site and want to have more control over it? Interested in learning to program but want to start small? If you answered yes to any of the questions above, this course is for you!
This beginner course will guide you through the basics of HTML and CSS to assist you along the way as you develop your own website. No previous programming knowledge required. All students must be 18+. Both men and women are welcome to attend.
This 2-class HTML5/CSS3 course runs for two days:
• Class 1, HTML Basics, HTML5 tags, Introduction to CSS, CSS Positioning and Page Layout
• Class 2, CSS3 Transitions, Transforms, and Animations, Common Web Layouts, Tips and Tricks
Tech Requirements for this class:
• Bring Your laptop if you have one, or email us if you do not and we will arrange one for you to use during class.
• A modern browser installed such as either Chrome and Firefox.
• A text editor installed. We recommend Sublime Text (It’s free and available for both Mac and PC).
