“We are thrilled to unveil our new office space, that can now host the startups at the U,” said Sam Palmer-Shields, Assistant Director at The Launch Pad. “This expansion is not only historic being that is our first move since we opened our doors in 2008. It also represents a permanent footprint for startups to thrive .”
Featuring state-of-the-art meeting rooms, collaborative zones, and dedicated areas for focused work, the new office space is designed to accommodate The Launch Pad’s evolving needs and facilitate seamless collaboration across teams. Equipped with the latest technology and ergonomic furnishings, the space prioritizes design, functionality, and efficiency.
In addition to the new location, the space will now allow for the departments under Uinnovation to have a presence on the Coral Gables campus. Including the Office of Technology Transfer, the Culture Center for Translational Research, and the Cane Angel Network.
